Doodle 4 Google – Vote!
There are times when Google.com melt our hearts …
This has been the case in 2009 and again in 2010 with their Doodle 4 Google competitions. We encourage you to go to http://www.google.com/doodle4google/ to vote for your favorite Google Doodles. Click the blue Vote Now button on the right hand side of the page. Select one child’s doodle per grade level (make sure to click on the tabs to access all 4 grade level categories), so you will vote 4 times total.
It is really exciting to follow the Doodle 4 Google program … the children’s drawings are impressive and their responses to the 2010 years concept … “If I could do anything, I would …”. Make sure to scroll below each drawing to read what these K-12 students share as their individual messages.
Did your Tampa Bay school participate in the Doodle 4 Google competition? If not, parents and teachers can get the information from http://www.google.com/doodle4google/info.html

thx nice to met you
Thanks for letting us know, Palmiye. We are impressed by this Doodle 4 Google program and hope that all schools are offering the opportunity for their students. One of our staff members has a son in grade school. His school participated in the Doodle 4 Google. Although he did not achieve his goal of becoming a finalist, it gave him a positive impression of Google (because there are a lot of mixed impressions) and he was proud to have participates, so it is accomplishing more than just what we see. Some of the children – such in this case – like the feeling of competing for a large company like Google.
